Sobre a vaga
We're hiring an IT support to own day-to-day support across our client environments. You'll work with our setup team on deployments, keep systems documented, and handle tickets end to end.
Core responsibilities: - Set up and manage ConnectWise RMM (remote monitoring) across client environments, working with our setup team - Administer the PSA/ticketing system - work tickets, keep them clean and current - Deploy and manage SentinelOne endpoint protection - Office 365 setup and implementation (tenant-level, not just the apps) - Support Windows servers, laptops, desktops, and workstations - Manage Proofpoint email security (third-party) - Document everything - processes, setups, changes - Handle a bit
of everything: ticketing, billing support, and knowing when to delegate What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with ConnectWise (RMM and PSA) - Working knowledge of SentinelOne, Office 365 administration, and Windows Server - Strong documentation habits - this is the main thing - Basics across the stack and the judgment to run things day to day
