1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales Fluent in Spanish and English Good spoken and written English (B2+/C1) Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience using Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and computer applications Ability to multitask and manage different priorities Willingness to work rotating shifts Preferred: Basic knowledge of auto parts Sales experience Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle industry
