Offshore MCA Manager

About the Role We are hiring an experienced Offshore MCA Manager to oversee dialer operations and manage MCA agents. This role is focused on execution, accountability, and package quality. You will be responsible for ensuring agents are productive, compliant, and consistently submitting complete, fundable MCA packages. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct involvement in call monitoring, coaching, deal review, and performance management.

Requirements • Proven experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or alternative lending • Prior experience managing dialer-based sales teams • Strong understanding of MCA documentation and underwriting • Confident coaching and accountability skills • Strong English communication (verbal and written) • Detail-oriented and process-driven • Ability to work U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing offshore sales teams in LATAM or Caribbean • Familiarity with predictive dialers and CRM systems •
