Responsabilités
- Provide customer service via Livechat, tickets, e-mail
- Communicate requests with our warehouse [[heading:Key Competencies:]]
- Knowledge of Taobao, Tmall, 1688.com
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Knowledge of the following languages is an advantage but not a must: Danish, Norwegian, German
- At least 8 hours per week available
- Salary will be discussed during interview with skype(no camera needed, interview will be in writing).
