📣 We’re Hiring! People & Culture Analyst - Santo Domingo, DN. Blue Coding is looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us continue building an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
If you’re fluent in English, highly organized, and passionate about supporting people and HR processes, this could be a great opportunity for you! 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM 📍 Work Model: Hybrid (Santo Domingo, DN) - Full-time 📅 Weekends Off What we’re looking for: ✔️ 3-7 years of experience in HR / People & Culture ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources ✔️ Strong knowledge of Dominican labor laws ✔️ Experience managing HRIS/ATS & People Ops processes

Prérequis
