Turquoise Ridge - Underground Mechanical Cutting Maintenance Supervisor

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Mobile Maintenance Frontline Supervisor at our Turquoise Ridge operations.

Responsibilities: Lead the safe execution of maintenance activities for Sandvik MH620 road header and supporting mobile equipment Support objectives of Mechanical Mining Maintenance General Supervisor Supervise Road Header Technicians and vendor services Assist Mechanical Mining Maintenance General Supervisor with planning and scheduling maintenance activities and forecasting projects Ensure that all maintenance service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to

protect the employees and assets of the company Participate in maintenance planning processes Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met Administer company policies and procedures Support operational objectives by minimizing risks and maximizing value. focusing on cost management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience required Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred Experience

with maintenance of road headers or mechanical mining mobile equipment preferred Experience in a planned maintenance environment preferred Ability to navigate SAP S4/Hana and Oracle Element preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing required Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others required Performance of the essential job functions required Team based work skills

required Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), required Valid driver’s license, required Commitment to developing and maintaining a safe work culture, required Able to drive manual transmission mine tractor and other company vehicles (vans and trucks), required The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
