• [[heading:Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies]]
• [[heading:Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population]]
• [[heading:Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner]]
• [[heading:Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education]]
• [[heading:In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program]]
• [[heading:Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated]]
• [[heading:Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines]]
• [[heading:Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care]]
• [[heading:Support compliance with all state and federal regulations]]
• [[heading:Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands]]
• [[heading:Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned]]

• [[heading:Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice]]
• [[heading:Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program]] [[heading:If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency]]
