Sales Agent

In this role, you'll connect with potential customers over the phone, learn about their needs, and introduce them to services that can help them. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build valuable communication and sales skills while working in a supportive environment. What You'll Do: Speak with potential customers by phone. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions. Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records. Work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Requirements: Previous call center experience is required.
• English proficiency is required (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
