What You’ll Do

As our Mars Leadership Experience - Continuous Improvement , your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Management - Lead and manage your own challenging engineering projects from day one, designed to increase your knowledge in advanced production technology and high-speed machinery.
• Technical Innovation - Pushed forward innovative engineering ideas and direct technically complex projects for Mars Thailand Pet Nutrition - Chonburi site.
• Collaboration & Leadership - Partner with a great line manager, mentors, coaches, and a buddy, while actively engaging with Mars senior leaders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience - 0-3 years of experience with a strong passion to lead and a love of engineering.
• Key Skills - Proficiency in English, strong cognitive skills, and solid academic knowledge in your field.
• Soft Skills - Excellent leadership potential, great communication, and a strong aspiration to step into people leader roles.
• Qualifications - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field.
