Q&FS Technologist

Together, we’ll strengthen food safety standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing sites.

What You’ll Do

As our PCH Q&FS Technologist , your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive Q&FS Excellence - Implement and continuously improve Mars Quality Management Process (QMP) and global Q&FS standards to ensure product safety and quality
• Lead Food Safety Programs - Act as Food Safety Team Leader, managing HACCP programs, verification plans, and site compliance through internal and external audits
• Manage Incidents & Compliance - Own or support PRIMP incidents, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective/preventative actions, and product disposition
• Collaborate & Influence - Partner with regional and site teams to deploy standards, monitor KPIs, and build strong food safety capabilities across the organization

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience - Background in food safety, quality systems, and HACCP program implementation within manufacturing or FMCG
• Key Skills - Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and auditing experience with a passion for quality and food safety
• Soft Skills - Effective communication, collaboration, and ability to influence stakeholders across functions
• Qualifications - Degree in Food Science or related field; HACCP and Lead Auditor certification preferred
