Customer Service Representative

• We offer customer service representative positions (inbound calls) (ON SITE). • We don't have work from home. • We have Sudenlink and Optimum project (both works for Altice USA) • We offer Transportation after 8:00 PM and Door to Door after 9:00 PM (there is no transportation for the training). • We offer a food subsidy (50 pesos per day) Deposit on each quincena. • Our training schedule is from 8:00am to 5:00pm weekend off and from 1:00pm to 10:00pm weekend off (The one from 1:00pm to 10:00pm include

transportation to your house at 10:00pm) • For production (after training), we have a window time for the schedules between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m (it means that your schedule can be from 7 to 4 from 8 to 5 from 9 to 6 from 10 to 7 from 11 to 8 from 12 to 9 etc...) • We pay *DOP$150* per hour for training and *DOP$150* per hour for production but in production after *6 month* we pay *DOP$160* per hour and after *12 month* we pay *DOP$170* per hour also you can earn *KPI BONUS DOP$5,000* and an *EXCEPTIONAL BONUS
