Structural BIM Modeler

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to create and maintain detailed 3D structural models for commercial, multi-unit residential, and mixed-use construction projects. You will work primarily in Revit, using structural and architectural plans to model building systems, coordinate elevations, incorporate revisions, and help identify conflicts before they become field issues.

We are looking for someone with a solid BIM/Revit foundation who can read construction drawings, think through problems, and produce accurate, organized work. You do not need to know every part of our workflow on day one, but previous BIM modeling experience is required.

Key Responsibilities Build and update structural models in Revit, including columns, beams, slabs, footings, foundations, and pile caps Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Import, clean, and coordinate CAD/DWG backgrounds Verify elevations and alignment between structural and architectural plans Model Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) in 3D for coordination Identify potential clashes or functional conflicts and help develop solutions Incorporate revisions and updated architectural/structural

backgrounds into models Create organized CAD and PDF prints, sheets, and title blocks Review your own work for accuracy before submission Maintain organized project files and documentation Collaborating with Project Managers and other trades throughout the coordination process What We're Looking For Previous BIM modeling experience, preferably involving structural systems Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings Experience working with

AutoCAD/DWG files Understanding of elevations and building coordination Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable receiving revisions and updating models accordingly Able to work independently and solve problems rather than simply identify them Good written and spoken English Software & Skills Important: Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Navisworks Bluebeam Revu Additional experience is a plus: Autodesk Viewer Clash detection and BIM coordination Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) modeling
