Job description
About the role
•We offer Customer Service Representative Bilingual positions (inbound calls) (ON SITE). • We don't have work from home. • We have Altice project. • We offer Transportation after 8:00 PM and Door to Door after 9:00 PM (there is no transportation for morning training). • We offer a food subsidy (50 pesos per day) Deposit on each quincena. • Our training schedule is from 8:00am to 5:00pm weekend off, are you agree with this schedule? • For production (after training), we have a window time for the schedules between
7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m (it means that your schedule can be from 7 to 4 from 8 to 5 from 9 to 6 from 10 to 7 from 11 to 8 from 12 to 9 etc...) • We pay DOP$170 per hour for training and DOP$170 per hour for production but in production after probation approval (90 days) we pay DOP$200 per hour, besides that you can earn KPI BONUS DOP$5,000 and an EXCEPTIONAL BONUS DOP$7,840, those bonuses depends of your metrics is UP TO you earn more, also we have overtime when the project need it. • We offer Benefit Cooperative •
