About the role
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: This role is vital in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of Service Orders/Bridge Orders along with maintaining strong communication with internal teams and Sales Reps. Evaluate error messages and correct them using a computer system. Process Service Orders/Orders according to department guidelines and policies.
