Job Description: Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform. Present and offer our website services to potential clients. Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer.

Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.

• We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English and Spanish languages skills to join our team.
• Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
• Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.) A history of great teamwork Strong customer-handling skills Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Eastern Standard Time with overtime Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that runs through 5:00 a.m.
