Continuous Improvement Analyst

Complete the activities that can resolve processes and build, analyze, and present information opportunities along with operations and possible solutions/action plans to execute and improve the results of the business. The main purpose of this position understand and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence. Identify, analyze, and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with the business areas, to form a strong and effective team dynamic.

Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions; Produce data and metrics, to provide visibility to track and evidence savings which will support benefit realization. Support all departments in generating saving projects and achieving them by using and analyzing data. Assist and execute all cooperative’s standard tools.

Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish) MS office proficient Effective written/verbal communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear and logical thinker Ability to stay calm when working under pressure Meticulous attention to detail Self-motivated, results-oriented, and very well organized Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
