About the role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This person will educate customers, provide information, and advise about acquiring products or services, following all company/client guidelines in order to honorably maintain a relationship between the company and its clients. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
