About the role
Coordinate and efficiently manage customer service requests, ensuring the proper scheduling and assignment of vouchers, providing timely and high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate records to support operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (required). - Customer service experience is preferred but not required. - No specific educational level is required. - Strong decision-making skills. - Problem-solving abilities. - Initiative and a proactive attitude. - Availability to work on-site in Santiago de los Caballeros.
